Daytona countdown - Poole 3rd in 2012

Between today and the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards’ Lucas Oil 200 Presented by MAVTV America Real at Daytona International Speedway, is looking back at last year’s season and ahead to this year. Today, we look at Brennan Poole:

In cars fielded by Venturini Motorsports, Brennan Poole earned the 2012 Hoosier Superspeedway Challenge Championship. He placed third in overall driver championship points in 2012, his first full season.

Brennan won in his series debut at Salem Speedway in 2011 and also earned two wins in -- at Elko Speedway and Pocono Raceway – in back-to-back events. Only series champion Chris Buescher and runner-up Frank Kimmel had more top 10s than Poole.

His racing plans for 2013 are so far unconfirmed.
