Charles Evans, Jr. is gradually stepping up his ARCA Racing Series program. After making three ARCA starts in 2011 and three more in 2012, the Team BCR driver is slated to compete in as many as 10 ARCA races in 2013. His best ARCA finish is ninth at Toledo Speedway in 2011. He also finished 16th at Berlin in 2011, 17th at Madison in 2011, 17th at Toledo in 2012, 21st at Mobile in 2012 and 28th at Salem in 2012. He began his career in go-karts at the age of 10 and moved into the Allison Legacy Series from there. He is currently studying mechanical engineering in college.
