(TOLEDO, Ohio - April 11, 2013) - So what do you do in the off-season? It's a question that comes ARCA's way with relative frequency. Whether there is a foot of snow on the ground in December, or temps are topping 100 degrees in early August, ARCA is always full-ahead.
