(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - June 21, 2010) - Fresh from his Friday night Toledo victory, Harold Fair Jr. now sets his sights on Saturday?s prestigious Moran Chevrolet/Stan Yee Memorial 150 at Flat Rock Speedway. The race is expected to draw over 30 entries, and is leg number 3 of 5 for the ARCA Allegiant Air Gold Cup Series contested between Flat Rock and its sister track, Toledo Speedway.

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - June 19, 2010) - Picture-perfect weather greeted a good crowd for Lakeshore Utility Trailer Sales/Big Red Crème Soda Night Saturday at Flat Rock Speedway. A great night of competition entertained the fans as Dennis Whisman, Clyde McKee, Rich Abel, and the duo of Howard Kelley Jr. and Tom O'Leary III captured feature event wins.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 18, 2010) - Harold Fair Jr. sailed to a very decisive victory in the 75-lap ARCA Allegiant Air Late Model Gold Cup race Friday evening at Toledo Speedway. Miller Lite and Marco's Pizza served as the race night sponsors. Landon Schuster won the ARCA Factory Stock feature and David Price claimed the ARCA 4 Cylinder main event. The program was pushed along as another storm was on the horizon. A great effort by the race teams and track staff saw the entire show completed in 2 hours, just before the weather set in.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 18, 2010) - The United States Auto Club (USAC) returns to Toledo Speedway this summer for an open-wheel doubleheader, featuring both the National Sprint Car and Midget Series. Thanks to the sponsorship of local businessman Ron Hemelgarn through his racing group and Super Fitness, Toledo will host the USAC cars Friday evening, July 2.

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Placers Car Club weekly Toledo Speedway Cruise-In on June 10 was designated as a fund raiser for Tornado Disaster Relief. Over 250 cars were on hand, and over $1,500 was raised for the Tornado Disaster Relief Fund. Here are some images from Bill and Cathy Barrand.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 16, 2010) - Grand Rapids, Mich. ace Mike Root, the 2009 Flat Rock/Toledo ARCA Allegiant Air Gold Cup champion, is the latest entry for this Friday's 75-lap contest at Toledo Speedway. Root challenged Scott Hantz for the win in the first race of the season at Toledo in April, reeling in the leader and coming up just short of a victory. Miller Lite and Marco's Pizza will sponsor the night of racing at the Glass City oval.

To: ARCA Street Stock drivers
Effective with the June 26, 2010 event, the Street Stock division will be permitted to run a small oval mirror, measuring no more than 3 inches in diameter. It is to be mounted in lowest area of window opening on driver's side and cannot protrude outside the opening of window. Mirror must be mounted in acceptable manner. Mirror may not be mounted with tie wraps or tape.

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - June 12, 2010) - An extremely warm and muggy evening greeted a large crowd that ventured to Flat Rock Speedway Saturday for the Marco's Pizza School Bus Figure 8 race. Billy Earley took the bus event, while Greg Studt grabbed the 50 lap ARCA Figure 8 feature. Cory McCaughey led the pack in the ARCA Factory Stock contest, while Mike Bershback claimed top honors in the ARCA 4 Cylinder main.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 11, 2010) - The 2010 edition of the All American Coach/Qualite Sports Lighting Fastest Short Track Show in the World at Toledo Speedway once again lived up to its billing. An unbelievable run by Derek Snyder in time trials lowered the track mark to 12:656 for the Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Super Sprints, while Charlie Schultz got into the 12 second bracket for the MSA/Oswego Winged Super Modifieds with a lap of 12:999. But the loudest ovation of the night went to Tim Ice, the 2-time Toledo Late Model champ, as Ice scored his first-ever Super Modified victory Friday night. Jason Blonde took the Sprint car main. The evening included a 1 hour, 45 minute rain delay that began during the first heat race of the night.

(TOLEDO, Ohio - June 11, 2010) - As of 1:45 p.m., the "Fastest Short Track Show in the World," set for tonight at Toledo Speedway, is on!
The area has been dry for nearly two hours and cars are parked in the pit area, readying for the practice session which will begin at 3 p.m. The radar shows no rain at this time in the track area, so we are full steam ahead!
Practice is scheduled for 3 p.m., with time trials at 5 p.m. The show begins at 7:30 p.m.

(FLAT ROCK, Mich. - June 9, 2010): The newly-created ticket fundraiser for non-profit groups for Flat Rock and Toledo Speedways has kicked off this season, with a pair of area church youth groups netting nearly $1000 total for their efforts.
