Former Toledo Speedway ARCA late model winner Brad Keselowski scored his 29th career Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series victory in Sunday’s STP 500 at Martinsville Speedway.
Keselowski dominated the race, leading 446 of the race’s 500 laps on his way to his second win of the season.
Keselowski’s father Bob is the 1989 ARCA Menards Series champion and a 24 time series winner.
Chase Elliott, who became the ARCA Menards Series’ youngest superspeedway winner in 2013 when he won at Pocono, finished second. Kyle Busch, a three-time ARCA Menards Series winner, finished third.
Former series champion Ty Dillon finished 13th, former Bounty Rookie of the Year Alex Bowman was 14th, and Paul Menard was 15th. Two-time series winner Joey Logano started from the pole and led five laps early but faded to 19th at the finish. Chris Buescher, 2011 series champion, finished 21st, 2008 series runner-up Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. was 25th, David Ragan was 26th, Erik Jones was 30th, Michael McDowell was 31st, and Corey LaJoie was 33rd.
