Two rounds of severe weather shortened today’s technical inspection for the ARCA Menards Series Day to Day Coffee 150 at World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway, forcing an adjustment to Friday’s track schedule. The first storm moved through the area early in the day but ARCA officials waited it out, but when the second storm hit track and series officials determined shortening the day was in everyone’s best interest and added time to tomorrow’s schedule to make up for the time lost this afternoon.
ARCA credentials and the ARCA Menards Series garage area will now open at 8 am CT to allow teams extra time for inspection. Practice is still set for 11:35 am CT followed by final practice at 1:30 pm CT. General Tire Pole Qualifying is scheduled for 4:30 pm CT and the green flag for the Day to Day Coffee 150 set for shortly after 6:30 pm CT.
