Officials from the Automobile Racing Club of America and Menards announced today that the ARCA Menards Series Championship Awards Banquet will take place Saturday, December 14, 2019 in the Sagamore Ballroom at the Indiana State Convention Center. As it has in recent years, the banquet will be held in conjunction with the annual Performance Racing Industry Trade Show, also held at the Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis.
ARCA, now a NASCAR property, has hosted its awards banquet in Indianapolis since 2012. The 2019 banquet will be the eighth time the series has honored its champion, rookie of the year, and other top points finishers and award winners in downtown Indianapolis, but it will be the first time under the ARCA Menards Series banner. Menards, the Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based home improvement retailer, signed a multi-year agreement to be the series entitlement sponsor after ten years as the series’ presenting sponsor.
The evening will begin with a hosted reception, sponsored by K&K Insurance and Sunoco, starting at 4 pm ET and running through 5:15. The banquet ceremony begins at 5:30 pm.
Tickets are available starting Monday, October 28. The general public is welcome to attend the black tie-only affair.
