MERIDIAN, Idaho — In her return to the site of her first K&N Pro Series win one year ago this weekend, Hailie Deegan was quickest in practice at Meridian Speedway in preparation for the NAPA Auto Parts Idaho 208.

Her 13.276-second lap came on her 12th of 65 laps in the 75-minute session. She mentioned that her long run speed seems to be a strength for the No. 19 team thus far.

Racing-Reference: Hailie Deegan Career Statistics
Sunoco Rookie of the Year contenders Jagger Jones (13.377) and Brittney Zamora (13.412) posted the second and third quickest speeds, with two-time winner this season Trevor Huddleston (13.426) and Todd Souza (13.439) rounding out the top five.
Championship points leader Derek Kraus, 15-year-old Zach Telford, Devin Dodson, Takuma Koga and Brad Kossow completed the top 10.

Bridget Burgess, making her first career K&N Pro Series start, ran the most laps in the session (131), followed by Jones‘ 92. Along with Burgess, Telford, Kossow and Josh Jackson are making their series debuts in the 208-lapper.
Group qualifying for the NAPA Auto Parts Idaho 208 is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. MDT, with the green flag flying at 8:30 p.m. FansChoice.TV will have live coverage of the event.
