DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — The ARCA Menards Series drivers got a little extra motivation Saturday at the drivers’ meeting prior to the season-opening Lucas Oil 200 Driven By General Tire at Daytona International Speedway.
ARCA Racing unveiled the brand new championship trophy, to be awarded at the end of the season.

In addition, ARCA Racing President Ron Drager and NASCAR Chairman and CEO Jim France unveiled the Marcum-France Award. Named after ARCA co-founder John Marcum and NASCAR founder Bill France Sr., the trophy will be awarded to each race winners of the ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series East and ARCA Menards Series West. The trophies will be in addition to the race win trophies presented by each race track, and the Marcum-France Award will be customized with the track name and race date for each winner

The trophies were made by Jostens, an official partner of NASCAR. The Minneapolis-based company provides the championship rings and trophies.
