Crew chief Kevin Reed Sr. has been fined $1,000, and driver Jesse Love and team owner Bill Venturini Sr. have been penalized with the loss of five championship points (ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series East, Sioux Chief Showdown), in addition to applicable special awards points.
