List of drivers registered for ARCA Menards Series pre-race practice at Daytona

Per tradition, the ARCA Menards Series season begins with the running of the Lucas Oil 200 driven by General Tire at Daytona International Speedway, which in 2022 is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 19.

But first, drivers and teams have a chance to test their equipment with a pre-race practice session at the 2.5-mile superspeedway.

This year’s pre-race practice at Daytona is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 14 and Saturday, Jan. 15. The two-day open session gives teams seven hours of practice time (10 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET) each day. Timing and scoring throughout the duration of the two-day session will be available on ARCARacing.com

The practice’s entry list, which features more than 60 drivers, includes the four “Road to Daytona” drivers — Hunter Jack, Luke Fenhaus, Jake Drew and Mason Diaz — who were invited to the session as a result of their recent success in the ARCA Menards Series East and West, the ARCA/CRA Super Series and the ARCA Midwest Tour.
