Daniel Dye suspended indefinitely from ARCA competition

Daniel Dye has been suspended indefinitely from ARCA competition for a violation of the 2022 ARCA Rulebook Section 12-8.1.E.2, a behavioral penalty which references ARCA Member Conduct Guidelines.

Dye, 18, was arrested on a felony battery charge Tuesday in Volusia County, Florida.

Dye races full time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 43 Chevrolet for GMS Racing. After three races in 2022, he ranks second in series standings.

He finished third in the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway, second in March at Phoenix Raceway and 17th last weekend at Talladega Superspeedway.
