Zachary Tinkle supporting The NASCAR Foundation NASCAR Day Giveathon during Music City 200

SPEEDWAY, Ind. – The Zachary Tinkle Foundation is participating in the NASCAR Foundation’s NASCAR Day Giveathon, which allows non-profit organizations in local NASCAR communities to participate to raise money for both the NASCAR Foundation and their own organizations.

Because of Tinkle’s participation in the event, he is running the NASCAR Day Giveathon logo on the hood of his car during the Music City 200 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, May 13.

The NASCAR Day Giveathon runs from Tuesday, May 16 at 5 p.m. to Friday, May 19 at 8 p.m. This year’s online giving event is 75 hours in honor of NASCAR’s 75th Anniversary. It was created as “a joint effort to provide much needed funds to the communities where we live, work, and race” per the NASCAR Day Giveathon website.

Zachary Tinkle fans can easily go directly to his ‘page’ on the NASCAR Day website to donate directly to his organization. Proceeds will support both the NASCAR Foundation and the causes of the Zachary Tinkle Foundation. Through the Zachary Tinkle Foundation, in 2022, more than 25,000 pounds of food was provided along with many palettes of other supplies to pet shelters in cities where he raced. Zachary has also supported local community activities such as providing presents for children during the holidays and encouraging reading with appearances and donating copies of his best-selling children’s books.

Tinkle has participated in NASCAR Foundation Speediatrics events and believes in the initiatives of the organization. He commented, “I’m really excited for this event because so many organizations will benefit from the power of our racing community. The values of the NASCAR Foundation align the causes that I support and I’m honored to promote this monumental event. Fans, get ready to GIVE!”
