LEBANON, Tenn. — ARCA Menards Series team owner Mark Noble with MAN Motorsports is excited to announce the team has signed Christopher Martin Jr. to race in the Reese’s 200 at Indianapolis Raceway Park on Aug. 11.
Christopher started racing when he was 10. He moved up from go karts to Limited Late Models at North Carolina’s Hickory Motor Speedway, where he finished fourth in the standings. He won his first feature event earlier this year at Hickory.
Christopher made his first ARCA start last year in the Reese’s 200 with a start-and-park effort.
“This year will be exciting, as I plan to run the complete event, and I will get to drive the same car that MAN Motorsports finished 12th in last year,” Christopher said.
Added Noble: “This is a great opportunity for our team to have different drivers behind the wheel. We are in growth mode, and it’s nice to evaluate our team. We are currently building two new cars and hope to debut them later this year.
“This race wouldn’t be possible without Sunset Park RV, Glenwood Energy and Bedford County, VA Sheriff’s office D.A.R.E. PROGRAM — we plan to make them proud.”
The Reese’s 200 on Aug. 11th is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ET with live coverage on FS1 and the Fox Sports App.
