LEBANON, Tenn. — ARCA Menards Series team owner Mark Noble with MAN Motorsports are excited to announce the team has signed Andrew Patterson from Dayton, Ohio
Patterson’s journey began at the grassroots level, racing go-karts in his hometown, setting the stage for a racing career.
In a pivotal move in January 2020, Patterson relocated to Statesville, North Carolina, after securing an internship with Jordan Anderson Racing. Immersed in the heart of NASCAR country, Patterson honed his skills while assisting in the construction of cars for the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This pivotal experience not only broadened his knowledge of racing mechanics, but also provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of high-performance vehicles.
During the last three years in North Carolina, Patterson’s racing continued to flourish, as he competed in Dirt Micros and Legend cars. Each race served as a stepping stone. Last year Patterson piloted a Late Model Stock Car for Sellers-Burton Racing in Danville, Virginia. This opportunity allowed him to showcase his talent on a larger stage, garnering attention from fans and fellow competitors alike.
Now, Patterson embarks on a new chapter in racing, as he joins forces with MAN Motorsports, based in Lebanon, Tennessee. Teaming up to pilot the No. 95 car, Patterson is set to tackle an eight-race schedule on the ARCA platform.
His journey kicks off with the ARCA Menards Series East Music City 150 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on May 11, where he will make his ARCA platform debut. With the unwavering support of MAN Motorsports and the expertise garnered from years of racing experience, Patterson is poised to make a mark on the ARCA Menards Series.
“This is a great opportunity for our team to build consistency with the same driver behind the wheel for eight races,” said MAN Motorsports owner Mark Noble. “We have had five different drivers over our first nine starts as a team and I feel that having the same driver can help us build on what the cars and the driver needs to compete.”
