As the racing world gears up for one of the most anticipated road course events of the season, Sigma Performance Services (SPS) is excited to announce that driver Connor Mosack will be joining the team for the ARCA Menards Series event at Watkins Glen International.
The General Tire 100 at The Glen, will take place next Friday, Sept. 13, at the iconic Watkins Glen International.
Located in Watkins Glen, New York, the 2.45-mile road course is steeped in history and a highlight of the ARCA Menards Series, attracting top drivers and teams from across the country. With its blend of high-speed straights and technical corners, Watkins Glen promises to deliver thrilling racing action.
Mosack, a rising star in the world of motorsports, will be piloting the No. 23 Chevrolet SS for SPS. Known for his skill, precision, and determination, Mosack has made a name for himself in car racing. His addition to the SPS team brings not only talent but also a competitive edge that we believe will make a significant impact at Watkins Glen.
“We’re thrilled to have Connor join our team for this race,” said the SPS team owner Joe Farrè “His performance on the track speaks for itself, and we’re confident that he’ll excel at The Glen.”
SPS already has a win on a road course this season, which came during the ARCA Menards Series West event at California’s Sonoma Raceway. Sam Mayer piloted the No. 23 Chevrolet SS to the team’s first ARCA platform win.
Mosack is already a winner in ARCA competition this year after scoring a win at Kansas Speedway earlier this year while driving for the Pinnacle Racing Group. He’ll look to secure his second win of the season and third overall next Friday.
The General Tire 100 at the Glen on Friday, Sept. 13 will be broadcast live at 5 p.m. ET on FS1.
