Crew chief Danny Johnson has been fined $1,000 and placed on probation for the period of 6 months, and driver Lavar Scott and team owner Max Siegel have been penalized with the loss of 6 championship points (Driver, Owner, Speedway Challenge), in addition to applicable special awards points.
