GREENWOOD, Ind. — Brayton Laster will return to the ARCA Menards Series for the entirety of the 2025 season with Wayne Peterson Motorsports.
The 22-year-old driver from Greenwood, Indiana will attempt all 20 ARCA Menards Series events with the team in 2025 after scoring a ninth-place finish at Indiana’s Salem Speedway last season, the organization’s best result since 2021.
Since 2022, Laster has made 16 starts in the ARCA Menards Series and acquired four top-10 finishes, three for Rise Motorsports and one for Wayne Peterson Motorsports.

“I am really excited to have the opportunity to run with Wayne Peterson in 2025,” Laster said. “I have been racing for over 13 years at this point and never thought I would ever get an opportunity to compete full time in any sort of national series, let alone the ARCA Menards Series. I have run part-time the entirety of my ARCA career and have made starts at every type of track the series runs.
“I have been working and preparing myself for an opportunity like this, and the opportunity has finally arisen to attempt all 20 races with a single team. We are not planning on setting the world on fire or breaking new records, just going out there and finishing every single race and scoring as high as we can in points is the goal, anything extra is just the toppings on the pizza.”
Wayne Peterson, owner of Wayne Peterson Motorsports, has competed and fielded cars in the ARCA Menards Series since the early 1980s. The Pulaski, Tennessee native operates one of the longest-running ARCA teams still competing to this day; he fields the No. 06 and No. 0 in the ARCA Menards Series and the ARCA Menards Series East.
“We are very excited to be working with Brayton for the entire 2025 season,” said crew chief Nate Moeller. “It has been fun working with him in the past, and he takes great care of our equipment. The entire team is really excited to see what he is able to do in the coming year.”
The team’s primary sponsorship efforts will be announced throughout the season. Longtime partners @Cyber_Fox_ on X.com, AC-Cages.com, Cain’s Tree Service, AutoRepairVinStickers.com, Preferred Paint & Drywall, Caraggio.com, BlueChew and others will be riding onboard across the 20-race schedule.
