Brenden Queen joins Pinnacle Racing Group for 2025 ARCA Menards Series season

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Reigning CARS Late Model Stock Tour champion Brenden ‘Butterbean’ Queen is taking the next step in his racing career by ascending to the ARCA Menards Series with the Pinnacle Racing Group.

Queen will take over driving duties of the No. 28 Chevrolet for the full ARCA Menards Series season in 2025.

From Chesapeake, Virginia, the 27-year-old in recent years has made a name for himself on short tracks across the Southeast. He captured three consecutive track championships at his home track, Langley Speedway in Hampton, Virginia, from 2020 through 2022.

Those championships helped him advance to the CARS Tour, where he has scored seven victories since 2022. In late 2022, he joined Lee Pulliam Performance and quickly found Victory Lane by winning the South Carolina 400 at Florence Motor Speedway.

His CARS Tour wins have come at a variety of tracks, including North Wilkesboro Speedway, New River All-American Speedway, Tri-County Motor Speedway, Caraway Speedway and Dominion Raceway. He is also a three-time winner of the Hampton Heat 200, part of the Virginia Late Model Triple Crown.

Queen made his NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series debut earlier this year at North Wilkesboro Speedway, finishing fourth. He made additional Truck Series starts at Nashville Superspeedway and Kansas Speedway.

This won’t be Queen’s first foray into the ARCA Menards Series. He made his ARCA platform debut in 2019 by competing in the opening race of the season at Daytona International Speedway. He finished 29th in the event after retiring from the race early due to crash damage.

Pinnacle Racing Group will enter its third season of ARCA competition in 2025 after joining the series for the first time in 2023. Since joining the ARCA platform, the team has scored multiple wins with Connor Mosack, Connor Zilisch and Luke Fenhaus at the wheel of the team’s No. 28 Chevrolet.
