Based on post-race technical inspection and observation at the General Tire 150 ARCA Menards Series-ARCA Menards West race at Phoenix Raceway March 7, two penalties have been issued for violations of the 2025 ARCA Rulebook.
Crew chief Ron Otto of the Venturini Motorsports No. 15 has been fined $1,500 and placed on probation for the remainder of the 2025 season, and driver Treyton Lapcevich and owner Bill Venturini have been penalized with the loss of six championship points (ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards West), in addition to applicable special awards points. The infraction was for Section 20C-10.6 Rear Axle which references maximum rear axle housing camber.
Driver Brent Crews of the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 18 has been fined $1,000 and placed on probation for the remainder of the 2025 season for violating Section 20C-17 Personal Safety Equipment.
