Isaac Kitzmiller and A.L.L. Construction Racing set for full ARCA Menards Series East season

PETERSBURG, W.Va. — A.L.L. Construction Racing announced today that the team will field a full-time entry in the ARCA Menards Series East with newcomer Isaac Kitzmiller, starting with the 2025 season opener at Five Flags (Fla.) Speedway on March 22, 2025.

Isaac Kitzmiller, the teenage son of ARCA Menards Series championship-contending driver Jason Kitzmiller, will make the jump to the eight-race ARCA East platform following an impressive 2024 racing season.

The younger Kitzmiller captured multiple race victories across various series, adding to a growing list of accomplishments.

The Petersburg, W.Va., native capped off his breakout 2024 campaign by being named the 2024 Grand National Super Series Rookie of the Year. He also secured the 2024 championship crown in the INEX Semi-Pro Asphalt Series in West Virginia, solidifying his status as one of the sport’s rising stars.

“I’m really excited about the chance to compete in the ARCA Menards Series East,” said Kitzmiller. “It’s an incredible blessing to have had such a strong year of racing across the country.

“Driving for my father’s A.L.L. Construction Racing team in the ARCA Menards Series East means a lot to me, and I’m looking forward to the opportunity to run the full season and learn as much as I can.”

In addition to his ARCA Menards Series East commitments this season, Kitzmiller will continue his CARS Tour program with RACKLEY WAR Racing. The 16-year-old recently secured a podium finish in the series’ season opener at New River American Speedway, reinforcing his strong start to the season.

A.L.L. Construction Racing has also named Doug Howe, a five-time ARCA Menards Series East winner, as crew chief for Kitzmiller’s No. 79 Chevrolet SS entry.

“I am looking forward to working with Doug this season,” Kitzmiller said. “He is a very smart crew chief with a lot of experience and has a proven track record. I believe his leadership and experience will be very important in helping me continue to learn, grow, and improve as a driver throughout the season.“

For Pensacola, Kitzmiller and Co. welcome Carter Machinery, promoting the Caterpillar (Cat®) brand as the primary partner aboard his No. 79 Chevrolet SS.

Carter Machinery’s humble start began in 1928, serving Virginia and southeastern West Virginia. As our customers’ needs changed over the years, we evolved by continually adding new products, services, and locations, with exponential growth occurring after our 2020 acquisition of Alban Tractor Company.

Today, our footprint spans the Mid-Atlantic, with over 30 locations throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.

We sell, rent, and support the full line of Cat® equipment, engines, and electric power generation systems, backed by the best parts availability, most diverse rental fleet, and an expert service team working together to enable our customers’ highest level of success.

Our ongoing investment in people, infrastructure, technology, and tooling continues to position us as one of Caterpillar’s leading dealers in North America and throughout the world.

“I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with Carter Machinery and hope to represent them well at Five Flags Speedway,” said Kitzmiller. “Their support is amazing, and I hope to deliver a strong performance for them.”

After competing against each other in the Grand National Super Series last season, father Jason and son Isaac will renew their family-friendly rivalry in the combined ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East tour. The pair will share the track once again, each aiming to outperform the other while continuing to build on their family’s rich racing legacy.

The father-son duo will face off on four occasions during the 2025 ARCA season — at Dover (Del.) International Speedway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Iowa Speedway, and the ARCA Menards Series East season finale at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway on September 11, 2025.

“I am very proud to add another car to the ARCA Menards Series platform with my son Isaac,” said Jason Kitzmiller. “I think Isaac has shown in a very short amount of time the natural and raw speed that makes him a successful race car driver.

“Without a doubt, I expect a competitive season for our ARCA Menards Series program, and Isaac will do a great job not only representing our team but also our partners both on and off the track.”
