CONCORD, N.C. – Venturini Motorsports announced today that 16-year-old rising star Ty Fredrickson will drive the team’s iconic No. 25 Toyota Camry in the ARCA Menards Series race at Elko Speedway on June 21.
A hometown kid and native of Webster, Minnesota, Fredrickson has made a name for himself on the Midwest short track circuit and has gained national recognition in the Super Late Model ranks. A second-generation driver, he captured the prestigious Kulwicki Cup Championship in 2024, becoming the youngest winner in the program’s history.
Currently competing in the ASA STARS National Tour, Fredrickson’s rapid rise through the racing ranks has been marked by a string of notable accomplishments. In 2024, he earned ASA Midwest Tour Rookie of the Year honors, captured 12 Super Late Model victories, including marquee events such as the Icebreaker at Dells Raceway Park and the Trickle 99 at the famous Lacrosse Speedway during Octoberfest weekend.
“To make my ARCA Series debut with Venturini Motorsports at Elko Speedway—just down the road from where I grew up—is something special,” said Fredrickson. “I can’t thank everyone enough who helped get me here. We’re ready to make some noise.”
Fredrickson’s ARCA debut is a major milestone in his young career and will take place in front of a hometown crowd at his local track. To commemorate the occasion, the first 200 kids under the age of 12 in attendance will receive a FREE Ty Fredrickson t-shirt, courtesy of Rack Shack BBQ.
This ARCA effort is made possible through the support of Fredrickson’s valued partners: Fredrickson Masonry, Otte Excavating, CFG Retirement, Buck Wild Racing Products, Nortec Equipment, Herman’s Landscape Supplies, Fredrickson Farms, Rack Shack BBQ, Sorem Livestock Hauling, Jerin Trucking, Simpson Race Products, Motorstate Distributing, Toyota GAZOO Racing, and Venturini Motorsports.
