Based on post-race technical inspection at the Herr’s Snacks 200 ARCA Menards Series race at Berlin Raceway June 20, two penalties have been issued for violations of the 2026 ARCA Rulebook.
Crew chief Doug George of the Nitro Motorsports No. 20 has been fined $1,500 and placed on probation through Dec. 31, and driver Jake Bollman and owner Joe Tovo have been penalized with the loss of 12 championship points (ARCA Menards Series), in addition to applicable special awards points. The infraction, George’s second in 2026, was for violation of Section 20C-10.6 which references rear axle camber.
Crew chief Shannon Rursch of the Nitro Motorsports No. 70 has been fined $750 and placed on probation through Dec. 31, and driver Thomas Annunziata and owner Nick Tucker have been penalized with the loss of 6 championship points (ARCA Menards Series), in addition to applicable special awards points. The infraction was for violation of Section 20C-10.6 which references rear axle camber.
