White makes career-best 17 starts in 2015, finishes 12th in standings

(TOLEDO, Ohio – December 22, 2015) – Josh White made his ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards debut in 2013, making two starts.  After not entering a single ARCA event in 2014, the Charleston, West Va. driver jumped to 17 starts in 2015.

“It was fun,” White said of his 2015 experience. “I definitely learned a lot. I hope to return to the No. 3 in 2016. Hixson Motorsports is awesome and I thank them for what they did for me in 2015.”

Driving for Hixson Motorsports all season, White finished 12th in the final ARCA Racing Series point standings. His season best was a 21st-place finish on the mile-dirt at Springfield.

“Springfield was our best finish,” White said. “It showed us we can finish strong at the dirt tracks. If it wasn’t for me pitting under green, we would have finished in the top 15. That was the highlight of my year. We actually finished the race strong without any mechanical problems or hiccups. Next time, we’ll do it again and be even better.”

White, who is part of the Marine Corps Reserves, is a former ARCA Truck Series racer.
