The Sioux Chief PowerPEX 250 presented by MatrixCare and CW Metals is scheduled for 10 pm ET/9 pm CT this Saturday at Elko Speedway. With the track's local NASCAR Whelen Home Track divisions in action as well as a full day of practice and General Tire Pole Qualifying, it will make for a very busy day of on-track activity. In conjunction with the track, the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards has adjusted the previously-released event schedule to better accommodate the local divisions and the fans in attendance.
The first adjustment involves moving the driver/spotter/crew chief meeting from 1:15 pm CT to 12:45 pm CT. The track's weekly divisions are scheduled to start their practice sessions at 1:15 pm, so the meeting has been moved a half an hour earlier to provide a more quiet atmosphere.
The second adjustment will move the on-track driver autograph session from 7:15 pm CT to 7:30 pm CT. The 15-minute push to 7:30 will allow the three local divisions more time to complete their feature events while allowing the fans in attendance the full hour to meet the drivers before the start of the race.
