ARCA Menards Series Championship Leader Christian Eckes Sidelined at Salem; Harrison Burton to Substitute

According to Venturini Motorsports, ARCA Menards Series championship leader Christian Eckes will not compete in today's Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA 200 at Salem Speedway after falling ill with flu-like symptoms last night.

Eckes, who is the defending winner of the event, will be replaced by Harrison Burton. Burton won the season-opening race for the ARCA Menards Series at Daytona International Speedway in February.

Eckes leads the ARCA Menards Series standings by 95 points over second-place Travis Braden going into today's race at Salem.

Due to the driver change, Burton will start from the tail of the field.

All ESP Rock & Roll Fantasy participants who selected the 15 car (Eckes) have had their selection moved to the 15 car (Burton)

The Kentuckiana Ford Dealers ARCA 200 is slated for a 2 pm ET green flag and will be shown live on MAVTV. You can follow along with live timing & scoring, live track updates and live chat exclusively at ARCARacing.com.

The radar looks great to me going forward. Are you there or watching on MAV? Do I stay and wait for it to come back on TV?
