Pretty good finish to DuQuoin today! Real pleased that Austin Theriault won, he was one of my 5 Fantasy picks along with Will Kimmel, Tom Hessert, Riley Herbst, and Dalton Sargeant. Second week in a row that 4 of my 5 picks finished in the Top 10. Not bad!! Looking forward to Salem this Saturday even though I will be at Anderson Speedway that night. They have VROA Modifieds, Street Stocks, CSR Super Cups, Thunder Roadsters, and Legends on tap at 7:30. Not sure how I'm going to watch both yet, but I'll be wearing out my iPhone for sure. Oh well, as long as Theriault can keep this momentum going, he will be the 2017 ARCA Racing Series champion, hands down. God speed everyone and have a great week!!

Good afternoon, race fans! All set for DuQuoin Monday, even though I'll watch it online, via timing and scoring. Going to be an interesting race, exciting too! I enjoy the Fantasy League section and hopefully my 5 picks and manufacturer pick do well. Last week, 4 of my 5 picks finished in the Top 8 and Austin Theriault was one of them and won!. Hoping that can carry on into Duquoin for the Labor Day Classic, ARCA-style! Enjoy the race folks!!

Since June 1996, I have gone to a total of 18 ARCA races (16 at Michigan and 2 at Winchester).  This series really puts on a great show and I wish more people can get the chance to check it out.  I am pulling for Austin Theriault to win this year's championship.  I believe this will hopefully be Ken Schrader's 2nd ARCA title as an owner, with the 1st one coming in 1999 with Bill Baird.  7 more to go and it's still a long way to Kansas on October 20th.  Should be an exciting championship battle this year between Theriault and Dalton Sargeant.  May the best man win!
