Multiple tracks announce ARCA Menards Series race dates for 2022 schedule

The 2022 ARCA Menards Series schedule is coming together.

On Wednesday, multiple venues scheduled to host NASCAR national series races in 2022 announced ARCA Menards Series events in conjunction.

Daytona International Speedway announced it will once again host the ARCA Menards Series season-opener, scheduled for Feb. 19. As was the case in 2021, the opener at Daytona will take place the day before the Daytona 500 and will be part of a Saturday doubleheader with the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Phoenix Raceway announced it will host both an ARCA Menards Series/ARCA Menards Series West combination race on March 11 and the West Series championship race on Nov. 5 next season, just like in 2021. The West Series championship race is scheduled as a doubleheader with the Xfinity Series’ championship race.

Talladega Superspeedway announced it will host an ARCA Menards Series race on April 23 as part of a doubleheader with the Xfinity Series.

Michigan International Speedway announced it will host an ARCA Menards Series race on Aug. 6 as part of a Saturday doubleheader with the Xfinity Series ahead of Sunday’s Cup Series race.

Watkins Glen International announced it will host an ARCA Menards Series race on Aug. 19, the day before it hosts an Xfinity Series race and the Friday before Sunday’s Cup Series race.

Sonoma Raceway announced it will host an ARCA Menards Series West race on June 11 as part of a doubleheader with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. It marks the first time the Truck Series has raced at Sonoma since 1998, and the Saturday doubleheader will precede Sunday’s Cup Series race at the road course.

Dover International Speedway announced it will host an ARCA Menards Series East race on Friday, April 29, as part of a tripleheader weekend with the Cup Series (Sunday) and the Xfinity Series (Saturday).

Las Vegas Motor Speedway announced The Bullring, the venue’s 0.375-mile paved oval located adjacent to its 1.5-mile oval, will once again host an ARCA Menards Series West race in the fall. That event is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14, to kick off a weekend tripleheader with the Cup Series (Sunday) and the Xfinity Series (Saturday).

Wednesday’s announcements were made in conjunction with the release of the 2022 Xfinity Series and Truck Series schedules.

The complete 2022 schedules for the ARCA Menards Series, the ARCA Menards Series East and the ARCA Menards Series West will be released at a later date.
