After two consecutive road course events, ARCA Menards Series West competitors return to the familiar confines of California’s Irwindale Speedway this Saturday for the NAPA Auto Parts 150 presented by the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame.
The race, which is the sixth of the 2022 season, is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. PT / 10 p.m. ET and will be available live on FloRacing. Audio coverage of the event will be available on ARCARacing.com.
Saturday’s race at the half-mile paved oval is the second of the season for West Series teams at Irwindale. Rookie Tanner Reif dominated the West Series’ first trip to Irwindale earlier this season, leading every lap to earn his maiden West Series victory for Sunrise Ford Racing and team owner Bob Bruncati.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Jake Drew is the hottest driver in the ARCA Menards Series West following two straight victories at Portland International Raceway and Sonoma Raceway.
He will carry that momentum into Saturday’s NAPA Auto Parts 150 presented by the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame, where he will attempt to earn his third straight West Series win and his first victory on an oval.
Several competitors will look to prevent that from happening, including his Sunrise Racing Ford teammate and the most recent Irwindale winner in Reif. The 16-year-old led every lap earlier this year when the West Series visited Irwindale, making him a major favorite this Saturday night.
Trevor Huddleston returns for his third West Series race of the year, once again aboard the No. 50 Ford owned by his father, Irwindale Speedway promoter Tim Huddleston. Cole Moore, who started and finished second at Irwindale in March, will continue his quest to earn his first West Series win in Bill McAnally Racing’s No. 99 Chevrolet.
Amber Slagle and Christian Rose will both be in action for Cook Racing Technologies, with Slagle piloting the No. 17 and Rose aboard the No. 42. This will be the second West Series race of the year for both Slagle and Rose.
Jake Finch, the son of former NASCAR Cup Series team owner James Finch, heads to California to make his West Series debut aboard the No. 1 Phoenix Racing Toyota. Rising Late Model star Bradley Erickson is also scheduled to make his West Series debut in the No. 84 Ford fielded by Mike Naake.
Additional expected entries include Todd Souza, P.J. Pedroncelli, Joey Iest, Bridget Burgess, Nick Joanides, Eric Rhead and Takuma Koga.
