Alex Quarterley set for his second ARCA Menards Series start Friday at Lime Rock Park

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Westfield, Massachusetts native Alex Quarterley will make his second career ARCA Menards Series start and his first at Lime Rock Park on Friday. Quarterley will pilot the No. 3 Quarterley Racing Chevrolet.

Longtime sponsor Van Dyk Recycling Solutions will be joined by newcomer ON Electric LLC in supporting Quarterley’s effort at Lime Rock. ON Electric owner Alden Chisholm is counting on Quarterley Racing to put his Westfield-based electrical and fire alarm service company at the front of the field Friday.

Behind the wheel, Quarterley is eager to make the most of his opportunity to compete in the ARCA Menards Series and showcase his abilities against a competitive field.

The event will serve as a homecoming for the family-operated Quarterley Racing organization. Alex’s father and team owner, Dale Quarterley, made his first visit to the Connecticut road course in 1998 and went on to establish himself as a road-course specialist at Lime Rock, earning multiple victories at the historic venue.

The track’s proximity to the team’s New England roots, combined with its past success there, makes the event especially meaningful for the Quarterley Racing family and its supporters.

Dale will step out of the driver’s seat for this race to focus the organization’s efforts on its two entries: Alex Quarterley in the No. 3 and Jeff Anton in the Deer Park Recycling-backed No. 44.

Veteran ARCA competitor Willie Mullins will serve as crew chief for the No. 3 team. Mullins brings 15 seasons of ARCA Menards Series experience to the effort, with two top-five finishes and 15 top-10 finishes across 42 career starts.

Quarterley would also like to thank Willie and Dinah Mullins for their support and for welcoming him to carry the Mullins Racing No. 3.
