From Trinity, North Carolina, Max Reaves signed with Joe Gibbs Racing during the 2024 season with the goal of joining the ARCA platform in 2025. He made his ARCA Menards Series East debut with JGR at Five Flags Speedway in March of 2025, winning the General Tire Pole Award as well as the race at the age of 15.
